Justin & Pauline bought Wallaroo, a 72,000 acre cattle property, only ten years ago. This was a huge step for the young couple and will no doubt keep them very busy for the next 30 years.
Originally an accountant by trade, Justin has been in the cattle industry now for the past 18 years. During that time he has been heavily involved in Ag Politics and sat on the Cattle Council of Australia for a period. Justin has always enjoyed politics and says if the cattle industry and tourism industry falls over he might try his hand as Prime Minister of Australia.
Pauline is currently knee deep in small children but prior to this worked as a primary teacher in both Qld and the UK where she and Justin lived and worked for two years. Having grown up on a cattle property in the Arcadia Valley, Pauline has always loved the Outback and all that it has to offer.
Justin & Pauline are excited to share their little piece of paradise with the rest of the world as a reminder to people that life doesn’t have to be so complicated. Everyone has to operate at such a fast pace these days, it is so important to every now and again slow down, relax, embrace the great outdoors and enjoy the art of conversation.
