All cancellations that require a refund will be charged a $35 fee per tent to cover the cost of the card transaction and administration.
All cancellations made with more than 30 days notice of check-in are fully refundable apart from the card transaction fee.
25% of your original booking will be charged to those cancelling with less than 30 days notice.
100% of your original booking will be charged to those cancelling with less than 7 days notice.
Cancellations due to extreme wet weather or Covid restrictions will be fully refunded, apart from the card transaction fee.
